Terms and Conditions

What this site is

This website publishes an independent opinion about Goldex Casino, written from the operator's public pages and from the way its sign-up and lobby screens behave. It is a guide for adults. It is not a casino, it does not offer games, and it does not take bets or hold money for anyone.

Everything on the site is general information. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account.

Accuracy of the information

Casino offers, limits and payout times change without notice. We check the figures we publish against the operator's pages when we write or update a review, but we cannot promise that they are current on the day you read them. Where the operator does not publish a figure, we say so instead of guessing.

Always read the operator's own terms, bonus rules and payment pages before you deposit. If our page and the casino disagree, the casino's current terms apply to your account, not ours.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you register or deposit after clicking one, we may receive a payment from the operator at no extra cost to you. This does not decide what we write, and negative findings such as a missing licence or missing withdrawal limits stay in the review.

Age and local law

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site and to gamble. Online gambling rules differ between Australian states and territories and are restricted at the federal level for offshore operators, so you are responsible for checking what applies to you before you register anywhere. We do not encourage anyone to break the law of the place where they live.

Our content and your use of it

The text and structure of this site belong to its publisher. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page. You may not copy whole pages, scrape the site at scale, or present our reviews as your own.

Limits on our liability

We are not responsible for losses you suffer from gambling, from decisions based on this page, or from the conduct of a third-party casino. We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to. We do not guarantee that this site will always be available or free of errors.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms when the site changes. The updated version applies from the moment it is posted on this page, so check back from time to time if you use the site regularly.
